The floral department and an in-store Starbucks add to the offerings. The staff are consistently described as amazing, helpful, nice, polite, professional, and sweet. Employees are always available to assist and try their very best to please customers. The store provides services like Order Ahead pick-up for bakery items, Grocery Delivery, and DriveUp & Go™ for convenience. While the store layout can feel unorthodox and some specific items like frozen concentrated juice may be hard to find, the store almost always has the odd things shoppers need. Prices can be a little higher than others, but the store offers tons of discounts, bonuses, and cash back opportunities, making it a valued "go-to" for nutrition and emergency food supplies for many customers.
The only problem u have here is that the app, which you need to use for most of the specials, is often a problem. The employees can usually go the problems caused by this. If not, the manager is very accessible and accommodating.
