Dropped a shirt off in September to get monogrammed and went back to pick it up in November and it wasn’t ready after I had called 2 weeks before and she said it would be ready that following week. It’s the end of December and I still don’t have my shirt and they have stopped returning my calls…. They were very nice at first but not sure how they’re able to keep their business open with how badly their business is run. Last time we spoke, she sounded confused as to which shirt was even mine… she said I’ll give you a call back. That was last week.

We needed a bow for a special day at dance and they let my daughter design her own. I can't tell you how tickled she is about this. She has told just about everyone we have seen since walking out the door of the shop that she is a “bow designer†and proudly shows the bow. Super sweet owners and I'm so happy we walked in!

Can't say enough nice things about these people. My daughter has recently gotten into bows and I have found other surrounding shops to be outrageously priced. I loved that I could get 3 bows for the price I would pay for One bow at YOLO or Victoria's toy station. I also loved how my daughter could pick the ribbon she wanted. I have a feeling this will become a regular stop for us. High quality bows at affordable prices and very convenient location.

Horrible business owner. Never at her shop. Says something will be done and ready for pick up but never is. She talks bad about her own customers as soon as they walk out the doors.. Yea her prices are great but her services are not. Very rude and snooty lady!
