All star ford in denham springs does warranty work and returns your car with interior and body damage. The service department does not apologize or try to repair the damage. I would not bring my car to this service department if you want it back without damage being done.

Made an appointment for my vehicle to be serviced. Over 24 hours nothing, no phone call, vehicle hasn't been touched. I left countless voicemails and no one ever returned my phone call to check the status. I finally got in touch with someone after 3 hours of calling and the supervisor was extremely rude. Purchased my 21Elantra in June of the same year. One week later the paint started chipping. Called the service center for an appointment to take care of the issue. I have called every other week to elicit a response on when will the problem be addressed, until now March 2022. Went over to collision Center where my info was taken and supposedly an email sent to request repairs be approved. The service center and dealership manager (Jay) continue to say they're waiting for an email from the collision center. Someone isn't telling the truth. The vehicle is great, got it to save on fuel cost as I commute daily to New Orleans. I will never purchase any vehicle from any of the All Star dealerships nor recommend them for purchases or service. Would have given no stars if I could. Unhappy Walter.

My experience with Kia on Seigan was described as one from hell. I had to get my own rental car without assistance from the service advisor and I had to call about my own warranty because the people there were incompetent about the warranty process. It was hard to get in touch with someone because no one would answer the phone. My experience was truly a nightmare. Someone broke into my mother's car and stole her eyeglasses, and went through all her personal belongings. The personnel in the service department confirmed this situation, but they could not confirm which staff member opened the car and assessed my mom's personal items and information. I called the police and my mom filed a police report. This is bad customer service.

Go here for your next vehicle. All Star Kia East gave me $6,000 more for my trade in than Gerry Lane Chevrolet was going to. They never pressured me into getting the car I wanted. They listened to what I wanted and never suggested another vehicle for me to just settle with. They made the deal work for me. 5 stars all around.

Definitely do not recommend them. They sold me a car with a faulty battery and demanded that I pay $400 dollars for it 3 months after buying the vehicle after paying 100 and something dollars for a diagnosis of it which was supposed to be covered in my warranty.

Our salesman was Taylor Tripp, and he was the ‘ALL STAR’ during our purchase experience! The overall visit was FAST, easy, hassle-free, and best of all - we were offered more on trade than any other dealership!! We drove from Bossier City not knowing what to expect, we left vowing to never go anywhere else! Their customer service was TOP NOTCH in every department, and its not often face-to-face conversations are included with the deal, but we got to see all the faces that ushered our deal along! Tripp and the whole team will see us again when step back into the car market!! Thank you!

I don’t recommend this place at all. Still waiting on a phone call back from 3 weeks ago after the person told me I got your credit application and gave it to my sales manager that we actually have some down time & we will call you back in a few minutes, it won’t be long!! That’s the longest few minutes I’ve ever seen!!! If they couldn’t help me out a phone call back would have been nice!! Bad customer service!!!!

This dealership is the worst. Well I received the vehicle a month ago and did a review on the service. This when the manger RUBY JACKSON come and try to fix the situation. We after me getting the truck detailed and towed . Now MR. JACKSON say he is not refunding my money. After we have waited for over a month to get our down payment back. Now he said we have to do this the legal way . Bc he done me a favor. Well Mr. Jackson that why we did the financing under Capital one so they could handle y'all. So if you like bad business and the truth about a car dealership. Just stop by Allstar Automotive and holla at MR. RUBY Lying JACKSON . He just want to sell a car or truck and screw you when it's there fault. Sold us a Lemon and made lemonade in the pandemic.

HORRIBLE business. I spoke with them for a week about a specific car and set up a time for me to go test drive it, which was tricky because i live an 1 1/2 hours away from the dealership. Not only did they sell the vehicle before my appointment, but they continued to communicate with me as if the vehicle was still there and NEVER let me know it was sold. I only found out because my husband stopped there on his way out of town to look at it himself. I will NEVER do any kind of business with this shady company again.

DO NOT USE THE RAM SERVICE CENTER IN DENHAM SPRINGS. I had a Safety recall on my 2017 Eco Diesel done. The dealer made the repairs and returned the truck. 1 day later the truck canfilled up with exhaust gases. My wife and I had to pull over in a driving rain storm to let the truck air out. They don't care about your safety or time. Safety Recall issued VB1/NHTSA 19 V-757 Confirmed parts 5/11/20 were in per Service department. Brought truck to dealer 5/18/20 Called to check status 6/3/20 was told parts back ordered till April 2021. Inspection was completed and needed parts ordered 6/12 Got a call from FMC customer care saying parts were in dealer would be in contact. 6/15 called the dealer and asked about parts and schedule. They said would need to confirm and would call back. 6/16 no call back. 6/16 called costumer service to inquire. Service desk said all parts were in and could do recall. Scheduled an appointment. Service scheduled for 6/18. 6/18 returned truck back to dealer for VB1 recall repairs 6/18 Dealer called and said they needed another part "cooling line" and they would have to order it. Another appointment needed when parts arrive. No loaner vehicle available. Estimate time 2 weeks. 6/22 Talked to FMC case manager. Told her still no call from service center. 6/23. Driving down Florida Blvd. exhaust fumes so bad in truck my wife and I were nauseous and needed to pull over. I opened the hood and on the passenger side next to the fire wall the fumes were very strong. Still no call from service advisor or anyone from All Star Automotive 6/24 bring truck back to service center. Discussed issues with Tyler AllStar service manager. We opened the hood and confirmed the exhaust gas smell. I did receive a loaner Truck. I instructed the service manager to keep my truck until ordered parts were received and replaced. Also to locate and repair the source of the exhaust gas related to the repair or not. 7/1 Update no call or information on the status of truck. In the Service Center 7 days today. 7/2 picked up truck from dealership. 6/18 Asked if truck was safe to drive and they said yes. See 6/23 entry. Asked if acceleration issue was addressed. (Service advisor to check and call back.) Close of business no call. 6/3/20. Nothing specific found. Service said they think by cleaning the RGR valve it may run better!!!??? Case# 68058800 New Case # 76398595. 6/3/20

VERY BAD BUISNESS worst experience I've ever had with getting a part. called yesterday to see if they had a part they told me they had 1 in stock. guy asked if I wanted it and I told him I wasnt gonna drive over there for a maybe because it is a 2 hour drive for me. he then said he would pull the part and put my name and number on it and put it in the front. so I come today and waited 2 hours for them looking for the part that was supposed to be in the front with my name on it. big boss gets involved and everyone looking and still no part. so I've wasted a whole day on a part they probably never had and was to lazy to go pull and verify. VERY BAD BUISNESS!!!!!!

JR was very helpful getting my husband his new car. He just had an amazing attitude throughout that whole process! He made this car buying experience amazing. Would definitely recommend seeing JR if you go to All Star Automotive!
