Fraud, cheaters, liars, thieves and shysters . Everyone of these employees have lied about a product they could not fix and would not refund our money . John the owner is aware and has done absolutely nothing to help get a refund . Customer service is the same, liars . They will block your phone if you continue to inquire about customer satisfaction . Terry is the store manager and #1 liar .

Robert at the Baton Rouge location is what the world needs more of! From the first conversation we had months ago when he helped me to purchase my Brother 10 Needle embroidery machine, he has been descriptive, helpful, and patient to ensure I was getting the exact product I was looking for. Fast forward the last two months, any questions I have about the machine, tips, tricks, guidance, he has answered, no matter how elementary they have been. He constantly goes out of his way to ensure the best possible service, goes above and beyond, all with a pleasant conversation and experience. The man needs a raise, and the coming generations need to take note of his excellent customer service. 10/10, thank you Robert, and a HUGE recommendation for anyone looking to buy something from this store location.

Placed an order 1/2024 for sale items. Items that were available to add to my cart were not available when shipping. The items I did receive were a filthy. They had to be laying around for years. The plastic covering was grey and made you hands black to handle. The box they were sent in was way oversized and the items were just thrown in the box. Not close to any shipping I have ever received. No care what so ever was taken to make this a joy to open. The visual condition made me not even want to use the items. Very disappointed.

Purchased a printer from Allbrands Lafayette that did not do as explained. Then went to Allbrands in Baton Rouge to purchase additional supplies for the printer. At this store I asked about a manual. Salesmen was rude and told me to look for a scan code for directions. Does not have one. Called in today since I’m still waiting to hear from CEO. Now I can’t return extra fabric on the roll bec it is after 30 days. Beware of sales people at these stores.

My husband and I live in Louisiana. We were spending the day in Baton Rouge. I had been contemplating upgrading from a single needle embroidery machine to either a 6 or 10 needle. We stopped at this store (I had looked a week prior at the Metairie store.) Robert was absolutely wonderful!!! He showed us a 6 needle and a 10 needle machine. He answered all of my questions and my husband’s questions. He gave us some information and we left. We went to lunch and ended up going back to the store after we ate and bought the 10 needle. The are very friendly, helpful and not pushy in anyway. Robert also helped me pick out all the supplies I’d need to start. I have no problem making the 1 hour drive once a month for what I need. YOU GUYS AT THE BATON ROUGE STORE ARE AMAZING!!!!!

Went into All Brands/ Sew Contempo today to buy basting pins and a Quilter Select ruler. There were no prices on anything in the store so I left and did not buy anything. It is so inconvenient to have to wait on a person to check the price of everything you want to buy. So I will no longer be shopping there will shop where they want customers.

Just left this store and had a very pleasant experience after just having a very negative experience at Joann fabric. The woman at the counter of All brands took one look at my picture and knew exactly what I needed. Created an account & I definitely will be back again .

In reply to Barbara D business manger: First I have others tell me about the rude service. Second when I brought machine in I told them I had just changed the needle threader my self they could check it but it was brand new. The last time I brought machine in they charged me for new screws that go on the A bar/frame. I didnt need them. After I paid $450 to get machine now I'm getting wiper blade error. I searched youtube and found out how to adjust cutter blades. I did not have a problem before.

Service tech tried to charge me $300 to clean my machine and replace the bulb. He tried to tell me there was a circuit board on my machine--I assured him that I bought it 33 years ago. I have never had any bernina rep try to charge me this much over the years and that there is no circuit board for my machine. He said the tech would never just replace the bulb so would have to go elsewhere which I am happy to do. I would never go back for anything else.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Product I got was defective, and they won't authorize a return/refund. Return policy is ridiculous; read it carefully before you order. I will never, ever use these folks again. Now I remember why it's been many years since I last ordered from them.
