I have been with Anna Jones for 10 years and the service is awesome! Every time I call the office the workers are nice and always trying to find me a discount on my policy , I wouldn’t want be with any other agency

I am only giving a 4 star due to the person I spoke with today Demetris. She was very helpful and resolved my issues. But on a normal stance they would get a 2 star. Do better with the customer service and calling people back when messages are left. I have years of this happening and at some point customers do get tired of nonresponses.
