I had solutions-oriented customer service in this store and I shall return. On November 21, Austin patiently worked for well over two hours until my problem was finally solved. He persevered over and over again; stayed on hold with tech support for an eternity, and refused to give up until my SIM card issue was resolved. I also observed another staff member, Gabriel, interact with several customers, helping them with their purchases, writing information down, informing them about promotions, taking the time to answer their questions, and ensuring they secured effective service at the best rate. I decided to return on November 30 to take advantage of a promotion I’d heard Gabriel mention and purchase a second wearable. This time I was helped by PJ (Preston), a very kind personable young man who took the time to explain the promotion, answer my questions, and make sure I was well taken care of. Good looking out gentlemen!! It means so much when you value your customers and make their experiences meaningful like mine was! No “half-assing” at all going on here. Thank you all so much ❤️
