Great staff! Tiffany was especially helpful with my mom and my aunt. She made the process simple and smooth which was great because my mom and aunt get overwhelmed by technology. 5/5 stars I recommend anyone to go to that ATT store for assistance.

I was denied the automatic pay discount online and in the store. I believe it was a breakdown in communication with the system and the store. Nothing deceitful just waiting to see if it will be resolved to the benefit of the customer,

They sold me a plan and lied and it never was activated or anything and overcharged me. The whole store is comedy specially the lady and the guy that works the morning shift. I was mailed a bill for 80, they charge $181. And laughed about it without explaining. Would never recommend them.
