Very helpful, I got an email from AT&T saying that I had not paid my bill but I had not received a bill. Going to the AT&T website was totally useless so I called AT&T and spent 20 minutes talking with their AI idiots which solved nothing. Coming to this store with one of my old bills enabled them to solve all the problems and helped me pay quickly.

I was able to speak with Dari thee most amazing sales representative on Sunday regarding a new IPad I was interested in. He was absolutely phenomenal and so patient as well as trusting. I live in Texas and managed to get rerouted to his store located on Bluebonnet in the mall & what are the odds. He is AMAZING anytime I have an issue I always wish to speak with him because he always does a fantastic job and so professional.

I went to my AT&T store in Mall of La. to take care of some problems with my iPhone 10 & was waited on by the manager Michael Hickman. He was very sharp & did an excellent job serving me & took the time to explain everything I had questions about. I did decide to upgrade to a newer iPhone 14 Max Plus & I love it. He transferred everything to my new phone & worked on lowering my bill because of some things I wanted to cancel. As a Sr. Citizen I really appreciated his sensitivity & caring attitude & look forward to doing business with him again. Thank you for your service!

Barrin was super easy to work with and was willing to help with any issues I had. He explained step by step the process we went through for my new phone and even let me go shop while he took care of some things on his end instead of me having to sit and wait. The initial wait time wasn’t long at all and it was definitely one of the most pleasant and easier experiences I’ve had with AT&T.

Two sales reps told me that I would be able to continue to use my old phone for calls via WiFi calling. Once back home, when I went to "enable WiFi calling," a message came up saying I had to contact A T & T. When I did so, I was told that what the sales reps told me was totally erroneous and that WiFi calling can only be enabled on the active phone, which is useless for me. I wasted time and effort for which the sales reps were totally responsible!On my prior visit to this same store, one sales rep (though I thought he may be a customer) was busy surfing the internet on a large screen. With four customers waiting, after about 10 minutes of him playing around, he logged off and came to assist a customer. I have no issue whatsoever with a rep taking a break, but it should be done in an area wherein customers cannot observe such. It sends the direct signal that a customer (four in this case patiently waiting) means nothing to A T & T and that any such customer’s priority is much lower than play time.It is becoming increasingly apparent why A T & T’s stock price continues to hit multi-decade lows while the rest of the stock market keeps breaking new all-time highs!

I, unfortunately, have forgotten the name of the store rep that helped me during my visit but he was a huge and great help. It was obvious that the store was short on staff so I had to wait a long time but even with that the store rep was on top of everything. Thanks to him I was very satisfied with my visit.

I experienced really great customer service on my visit yesterday! I came in to make a purchase, Mr. Jokoby who assisted me was very knowledgeable and communicative. One of the best visits ive have so far. He was able to get me in and out with ease; such an amazing worker i can tell he truly enjoys what he do… thank you for your help

The store in general was average but Phong, the staff member who helped us for over 2 hours was incredible. He kindly and patiently helped us with some serious difficulties we had with moving to a new plan. I would highly recommend seeing him for any of you AT&T needs!
