Won't be back to this store anytime soon. My first problem was when the manager tell me I can trade my phone in and get a free phone,just had to wait for another employee to get to me and get my plan set up... Finally get seen by someone (I believe her name was Monica) so metion to her that I was told I could trade in my phone to get a free one, she tells me no,I can't do that,I didn't question it,I figured must have have missed the promotion,ok time... My main problem was when she Lied to me when I asked her what phone plans she had for a business line,she said we have this plan for 100 a month. I thought to myself,that seems high for a phone plane,so I ask is there any other plans for a business line,she said "NO"... So I said ok and just figured,well they charge more for a business line because a business makes money,let's just change more with only one plan available... So after I believe 2,maybe 3 days I thought to myself,this can't be right and if it is,I'll just go with a different company... So I called att customer service,told him that I just got a phone line for my business and an employee with them told me 100 plan is the only plan available for me,he said no,I have 3 options! There's a 60,80 and 100 dollar plan available... I made sure to tell them the employee specifically told me that the only plan available for business line was 100 dollars... So I did get my plan dropped to the 60 plan thanks to the guy I spoke with at customer service,he was very helpful and patient... I did buy the Motorola phone while I was there and I don't recommend buy it,it's been acting up for me 2 weeks after purchasing! And also,I would go back to this location for good assistance,find a better location...

The people working at this location really tried to help us. They were knowledgeable and did all they knew to help. I have no complaint with them.
However, we needed to reopen an account and the AT&T policy was absurd. They wanted to send a text message to a phone that had no service because we were trying to restart the service. Since the phone could not receive the text message, both the store and customer service (a total of 4 customer service agents on the phone) said it is impossible to reopen the line.
This is unacceptable. Other phone companies are governed by the same rules and only AT&T operates this way.

Awful service. Came in with a messed up screen, and since I have insurance - I wanted to get it repaired. They claimed they couldn’t do it since they couldn’t send the link to me for insurance claim because my phone screen wouldn’t work.

Employee tried to tell me i needed to pay them $35 to upgrade my phone since i didn’t have the AT&T Next Up plan i thought i had. Walked out of the store, checked my app, sure enough the first thing i see is an offer to upgrade BECAUSE I’M AN AT&T NEXT MEMBER. Just go buy your phone from Apple instead of these people.

If I could give negative stars I would. The lady who helped us never even told us her name. She was rude throughout the entire interaction, did not help us to satisfaction, and also took a personal call during her time with us.
Because we weren't able to get into our account as quickly as she may have liked, she walked away from us and began just talking to other co-workers and other customers. During our interaction she even picked out a cellphone case that she was going to personally use off the wall and had another co-worker to check her out.
During her personal phone call she told them she would face-time them in a minute while still "attempting" to assist us.
Extremely unprofessional, extremely rude, and overall lack of empathy. EXTREMELY dissatisfied with the interaction with all of the side comments while we were trying to get things squared away.
I would NOT recommend going to this location. We left the store and went to the Seigen location and they were polite, empathetic, and informative.

Our AT&T representatives was extremely helpful. We will only be allowing him to help with any of our wireless needs in the future. I would rate a 10/5 if I could! Superb customer service!

My Step-Father went into this looking for a faster internet service for the home he and my mother stay in and I couldn’t be there do it for them because I’m a truck driver, and I say Ms.Rasheda did a super phenomenal job breaking down everything to my stepfather, even calling me to double down to make sure that he could understand it above amazing service. She definitely needs a promotion and two raises!!!!!!!!!!

I like the service I received at the AT&T in the Sherwood Forest area. The representative was friendly, professional and efficient with her service unlike the store in Port Allen where I live.
