Cayla was absolutely marvelous. I was not able to get all of the products I needed however she ordered to have them shipped to the store so I can pick them up. She went over and above what I would expect. Her knowledge of the product line is impressive her adroit ability to navigate me through the purchasing of a new iPhone , iPad and signing up for Internet services should be commended.

Don’t go there!!
They don’t know what they talk about, they gave false info twice. First about the home internet and it was the worst. Then about trade in device. They said it will be paid in full and it will be unlocked in two months, no it’s not either paid in full or unlocked until after three years

Not all AT&T stores are the same! If you have a very old phone that you are looking to upgrade, please read entire post! I spent 3 hours trying to update my mother's old Samsung 5 to a new phone. We first went to the S. Sherwood location and they told us they couldn't do anything that we would need to go to Best Buy to get contacts and pictures transferred to a new phone. Went to Best Buy and was also unsuccessful in walking away with a new phone that worked. Waited 48 hours and tried again at the Siegan Lane AT&T store (corporate store not a designated dealer)! MACK MUSE went above and beyond in transferring my mom's data on to my late father's phone. He even went to the trouble of looking up our plans and readjusting those for lower prices. My mom was able to have a newer phone and all of her contacts and pictures transferred, when we were told at Sherwood location that it couldn't be done. I never knew there was a difference in the store locations. Make sure you go to a corporate store and not an authorized dealer. Was so much easier! We will be back in February MACK to upgrade for free, but we are so thankful for your advice and knowledge for the few months we will wait for upgraded phones. THIS GUY DESERVES A RAISE FOR SURE!!

They were kind to me, and maybe I am missing something but it seems like they just didn't want to work. Or just didn't want to deal with my request.
I need to return a phone I purchased and they said they couldn't that there were errors. Which is something I would imagine they could do something about. The return policy clearly states that you can go to a store to return the phone. Therefore I would think returns would be a common practice and they would know how to do it. And that if there is an error they would know how to trouble shoot it. Even if there was no way to return it they would be able to offer advice on how to return it in store as that is obviously the better option than waiting to mail it back and then mail in a new phone. Not to mention wasteful.
They were kind but again offered up no advice, other options, or anything. That is an ATT problem not my problem if there are error codes. Those then need to be addressed and worked out.
Been a customer for over 15 years. It is 2024 you would think things would work more smoothly at this time but they seem to be getting worse. Pretty sure I'll be just returning the phone now. I am not going to give more money to a company that doesn't value me as a customer and my precious time.
I'll go straight to apple or consider switching providers.

Trey was fantastic, helpful, kind and patient and his sidekick Cashmina was also super helpful.
It’s hit or miss at this store but these two did a fantastic job job representing AT&T.
