Erick is the manager at this store and he was a God sent for me and my mother. She was having problems with her phone and stressed about all of the ads that prevented her from using the phone. He helped her understand the features on her phone and cleaned the 20+ junk ads on the phone. Thank you Erick!!

If I could give a negative 0 I would. I went into the store and Jesica was very helpful, all I needed was to upgrade a device. A month later I realized not only did she upgrade the device but she also added an extra line I knew nothing about. When I went in to check on this after talking on the phone for over an hour with at&t, they told me to see if the manager had a solution. While their Eric the manager ran to the back and never came back. I worked with Dyllin who was helpful at first until he got frustrated cause he couldn't figure out while Jessica added an extra line ans got real ruded and started yelling at me. When I asked why was he yelling he said I'm not yelling. I also tried explaining what cs said on the phone and he said cs was lying and didn't know what they are talking about. I asked for the regional manager and Dyliin told me to leave the store.
So I'm stuck with an extra line that Jessica added and wasn't supposed to. I have know one that cam use that line. The whole store is ridiculous from the manager to the employees, because how is Dyllin so comfortable being disrespectful while the manager is on the other side of the wall.
