I recently had the pleasure of working with Shayne at AT&T, and I wanted to share my positive experience. From the moment I contacted him, Shayne was incredibly helpful and professional. I was having trouble with my internet service, my phone plan, and he patiently listened to my concerns.
Shayne's knowledge of AT&T's products and services was impressive. He clearly explained my options and helped me choose the best solution for my needs. He didn't rush me, and he made sure I understood everything before moving forward. What really stood out was his willingness to go the extra mile. He stayed on the with me longer than expected to ensure everything was working correctly, He proactively followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied, He anticipated a potential problem and offered a preventative solution.
Thanks to Shayne, my issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. He turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one. His excellent customer service skills, combined with his product knowledge, make him a valuable asset to the AT&T team. I highly recommend Shayne to anyone looking for assistance with their AT&T services.

Our Salesman Shayne was wonderful to deal with. He is extremely knowledgeable in phones, watches, tablets , pretty much everything. He helped us upgrade a phone, add a line w/transporting a number, purchasing a new phone w/smartwatch and lastly a bundle of upgrade z fold, watch and tablet.
He handled all of this with a elderly client with memory issues, a stressed daughter in law and a gentleman who is not very tech savvy. Shayne was professional but funny and just a joy to work with.

I went into att because my phone had dropped service for the 2nd time randomly shayne was very patient in helping me figure out the issue and even helped me and the 611 guy to figure out what the issue was and have it sorted in enough time for me to make it to work the amount of time and patience he was willing to give me even when I asked 100 questions was astronomical I will be back to speak with him for all my att related problems in the future he also helped me to better understand my bill and what benefits I have eligible to me

It’s Saturday 11.30.2024 12:30pm and I just had the best experience ever in this particular AT&T today. This young lady and this young man should stay here working at THIS LOCATION because the community needs them here.🙏🏽🙏🏽 Thank you guys so much for today’s experience.💕🩵 It’s simply because of you both! Very friendly, very kind, exquisite customer service, offer high quality products and they simply care. 🤍We need more of them! that is it, keep up the good work and I will see you both soon. My wireless service was with Sprint for years. I was pushed to T-Mobile and I hated the services. I decided to give AT&T a try. Great professional and customer service. The store had what I needed and was clean. The store manager Ashley was great and answered all my questions. Great Experience!!!
