Do not be deceived by the beautiful lobby and free snacks. Working with Audi in Baton Rouge has been one of the worst experiences of my life. Despite making every maintenance appointment and having my oil changed when recommended, my 5 year old Audi Q7 needs a new engine!!! To make matters worse, the problem was misdiagnosed and I was charged for a bunch of unnecessary repairs before being told that my Audi was worthless. The general manager initially told me I would not have to cover these costs but then changed his mind. There is a lack of character and integrity in the leadership.

I cannot say enough great things about Audi of Baton Rouge. The customer service is fantastic, I came to them in February to see about getting an S3. I saw on their website that they had one available in white. It was perfect. I spoke to Will and he had the car ready for me to test drive as soon as I got there. My experience was beyond better than any dealership I’ve ever been to, and for that exact reason I came back 6 months later to order an RS3 in the most beautiful blue color I’ve ever seen. Will, Eric, Keith, and Michael were a pleasure to do business with both times that I came in. I am so happy I chose to come in to their dealership and will definitely be back.

I recently had the pleasure of having my car serviced at this dealership and I cannot express enough how impressed I was with their exceptional customer service. Mr. Heinz was incredibly kind and accommodating, making sure that I had transportation to and from work while my car was being serviced.Overall, I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for quality service and exceptional customer care. Found this vehicle online, the vehicle was is horrible condition after flying 500 miles to pick up and drive back to Atlanta. There were fast food wrappers still in the compartments and dead bugs in the creases of the rear windshield.. the seats had not been cleaned and I paid over $300 once returning home to have the car professionally detailed.

My engine light came on and I called 2 hours ahead as I knew I would be passing thru the area. They immediately set an appointment. Upon arrival my car was immediately taken in for testing. The issue was identified and fixed and I spent a total of 90 minutes on an unscheduled stop and continued on my journey with no incident. The service department is EXCELLENT!

These people are great. So very kind and helpful. The used car manager is a very kind and helpful person. If Audi is what you want they are more affordable at Audi of Baton Rouge. Good service too

After moving to the area, I have attempted to use Audi Baton Rouge three times to get oil change and basic service on my Q8. Two out of the three times they have shared that they are understaffed and cannot make any appointment for 3 to 4 weeks for a simple oil change. As we all know the Audi informs us needed when there's less than 1000 miles to change needed which the 3 to 4 weeks delay puts regular schedule maintenance at risk. It is really disappointing and frankly frustrating to see this level of service/disservice for a premier brand

Definitely not good customer service.. I own a audi and wanted to use this dealership for all my maintenance.. I asked for concereige service.. was told only if I bought it from them... asked how much for the service.. was told not avail to purchase.. I am spending 1k on my service and I can not even get a pick up and delivery.. (concereige service)

Recently bought a vehicle through the Audi Dealership in Baton Rouge and it was by far the best experience I've had in purchasing through a big dealership. My vehicle was clean and gas tank full. Also had a brand-new inspection sticker!! Shane as well as some of the crew there made it a really smooth and easy transaction. Great place to do business with!! Would Definitely use them again!

I never once felt any pressure to make a decision. Their staff is comprised of professionals who know the car business inside and out. The insight they provided made me feel confident that I was making an informed decision on the purchase of my new Q7. It truly was a very enjoyable car buying experience from front to back!!

Audi Baton Rouge is the best dealership. Natalie takes pride using serving you and finds ways to solve any problem your car or you made have. She was able to complete a service when the car was in Baton Rouge and l was in my family residence near the Panama Canal. She found the time and had the willingness to do it in spite of her very busy schedule. The car was picked and delivered to my house and it was waiting for me us when we arrived. Her team of Mr, Hans and the qualified Audi mechanism are excellent and trustworthy. My 85 years old mother in law agrees with us and loves them. Thank you Natalie and Hans. Guadalupe and Bill.

I have bought from this dealership for at least 5 years now. The sales team has ALWAYS been wonderful and thus why I have just purchased my third car from them. After this last experience no matter how great the sales team was I will NEVER be back due to the finance team. The Audi 2023 A8L was my dream car and would have loved for this experience to be what I was hoping but because of this finance teams rude behavior and incompetence It is now 3 weeks I have had this car and still fighting with them. DO NOT finance with them and BE CERTAIN they no how to pay off a vehicle if you do make a purchase. If I didn’t love my car so much I would bring it back.

When considering purchasing a car online from Brian Harris Audi in Baton Rouge, exercise caution. I made the mistake of buying a CPO Audi A5 in October 2022, paying extra for the CPO certification, which ensured that the car had been thoroughly inspected and was in good working condition. However, after the purchase, I discovered that none of the car's tech features were working. I tried contacting the dealership FIVE times before receiving a response, only to be told that the MMI technology module was no longer functional. The result was that I drove the car for over six months with none of the tech features working, as the part needed to fix it was on backorder. In addition to the tech not working, I was greeted everyday with a message that the previous owner still had Audi access to my car. This would not have been a problem if the dealership had conducted a thorough inspection as promised.In addition to the tech issue, the car was sold to me with faulty tires that needed replacement. I had only driven the car for 5,000 miles in six months when I had to pay $1,500 to replace the tires. Moreover, the dealership had not changed the oil, forcing me to use my 30,000-mile service at the 23,000-mile mark.I have provided positive reviews for other companies in the past, so I am not one to criticize a company without reason. However, the lack of customer service and follow-through from this dealership and Audi as a whole has been frustrating. It is easy to earn positive reviews when everything is working fine, but what matters most is how a dealership handles issues after they have received your money. In my case, they have been unresponsive, and it is unlikely that they will take any accountability if there are issues with the car. I contacted Audi USA and the dealership a total of SEVEN times, but neither provided any resolution to the problem. This was my first experience purchasing a car online, so if you are considering doing the same, be aware that this dealership may not take responsibility for any issues that arise - and it is not easy to deal with them from afar.At the very least, they could have offered Audi Car Play or some other small token of apology. Ignoring my concerns was not the answer.
