Today at 3:30 I went in to return the extra UNUSED sparkplugs for a customer of mine that is disabled and has a hard time getting around. I only wanted the refund to go on a gift card but since I didn't have the receipt they said they couldn't do it. I told them that the purchase was under the phone number and all they had to do was enter the phone number to see the purchase. They refused to do so didnt even try and told me to go the the autozone up the street. This is the absolute last time I will ever enter ANY autozone or bring any of my business there. Very unprofessional and lazy. There was another time I returned brakes there and they shorted me 15.00 because the price was different than their location. So from now on I'll be taking my business to Advance.

Very rude and no professionalism all. Jennifer C. made me wait outside even after operation hours of opening and did not want me to enter to try to buy a part for my vehicle but she did come outside to see about my check engine light. I didn’t get no suggestions on where I can get the part or did she further assist me any further than giving me my paper. This worker just didn’t want to work and needs to be removed.

With a dead battery, the staff replaced it for me quickly and efficiently. Jennifer and her team were professional, helpful, and courteous.

Lack of professionalism. A runner or parts delivery person came into store during my interaction with cashier talking loud and interrupting my checkout.

The Cashier at the desk when I arrived did NOT acknowledge that I was there. He was on the phone but had several opportunities to say "someone will be with you momentarily". The clerk who waited on me did speak. Courtesy should always remain. It makes all the difference.
