Man the service there today & EVERYDAY is 2nd to none. I'm in a wheelchair and they come out and do my transactions with me in the parking lot so I don't have to get out and come in. It's very convenient.....

I purchased a battery at Auto Zone in Baton Rouge on Greenwell Springs rd and Joor. Thinking my battery was bad. Ms Kendra told me she need to test the battery. I told her I didn't know alot about taking out or changing a battery. She immediately say that I didn't have a post on one side when she looked at the battery. That's the problem. Just to be sure she took the battery out to make sure it wasn't a bad battery. After that she came back put the battery back in and was extremely happy to help me.

Today, I visited the AutoZone on Burbank Drive. The employee named Dyneisha who worked there was the rudest. I was doing a return but I purchased the item from another location and soon as I walked through the door and she saw that the box was open she automatically was like "oh no "we're not going to do a refund because the box was open. I didn't use tha item, I just wanted to return it bc I didn't need it. As I was leaving out I had told the other employee who held the door open for me that she was really rude and he's going to say oh she just having a bad day. That's not my problem that she was having a bad day even if you are having a bad day you supposed to treat your customers with respect and make them feel like they're wanted. If her last day was today it wasn't my fault that y'all are treating her the way y'all are treating her. I overheard her discussing it with another customer but you just don't be rude to a customer when you're having a bad day.

Kendra was awesome. She came and changed out my old battery in my 2020 GMC Terrain SLT after being attempted to be removed by another sale associate and she did it in roughly 10mins. Kendra was a blessing to me and my family. She’s very knowledgeable and her hands are blessed. She is also very professional and kind. She deserves a pay increase for her efforts, hard work and diligence. Thank You Kendra, you did that girl in my heaviest New Orleans accent!-ChristinaA satisfied and happy customer

I came to this Autozone on Joor at night with a bad battery. Both the customer service rep and the manager were extremely kind to me. They tested my battery, I purchased a new one and they even installed it. I just purchased a battery from O’Reilly’s 7 months prior. The manager gave me my other battery for me to take it back possibly for a refund. Both employees customer service was impeccable. I would highly recommend this Autozone.

God Bless the crew at that was there Sunday October 8th around the 4:00 hour! First of all they were very helpful in assisting me with obtaining a battery for my wife’s Acura. Then, apparently my truck tailgate wasn’t secured when I was bringing it home. Once I arrived at my house to discover that the tailgate was down and the battery was missing, I immediately returned to the store. I found the battery nearby after walking the area and brought it back to the them. I said I would buy another one if necessary because my wife needed the vehicle for work the next day. While acting nervously, I unintentionally rubbed my eye and must have got some battery pollution on it from the damaged battery. They immediately went into store protocol and assisted me with eye solution and rinse. After getting everything checked out, I returned to the store with a replacement battery at no additional cost! I almost went to anther retailer to get a slightly cheaper battery, but my longtime relationship with them wouldn’t allow me to. I would have never have received this level of service and customer care anywhere else. Much respect to my autozone fam ✊?
