I visited the store yesterday and we purchased a part and when I got home , i found out it was the wrong part, I went back to the store right away, it's only half an hour, the store is 5 minutes away from my house, we paid cash for it, I took it back with the receipt but he gave us a hard time to return it and finally he gave us credit instead, he wouldn't give a refund, it was $33.14 , hated to write this review , they didn't have the exact part needed, i could got the part somewhere else but he made harder not giving a refund, thanks 😀

Came in for a return at the one on O’Neal Ln and the customer service was horrible. The assistant manager wasn’t friendly at all like he was upset that we were returning something. A smile and a greeting goes a long way and we didn’t receive either.

On this outing, my cousins car wouldn't start so she had it jumped off and I told her let's go to autozone which was 3 minutes away and let them test your battery and if it's bad we can just get a battery there, but the employee came out with the tester and said the battery had about 80% charged but the alternator wasn't charging but after putting it in the shop the battery post was broken they said and the alternator was only replaced a year ago and was fine, so take that for what it's worth

At store 3868 Irian check my battery out and had it delivered. Her and Dwayne put the battery in for me after a made a trip to New Orleans and come back to Baton Rouge. Madison went to pick up the battery on Airline for me and had it waiting on when I got back in. I really appreciate how Everyone took care of me. Plus I watch them open a guy name Chris open his door after he locked his keys in his car.

It’s funny I used to love Autozone used to be my favorite store but seeing how they treat there employees. I would rather not shop here anymore, cause I will not put my hard earned money into a company who doesn’t even care about how they treat there employees goodbye Autozone, hello O’Reillys. HR you better get your high up managers in check.

Irian was a phenomenal help & Madison. They helped me with identifying what my parts were, how timely they will arrive & offered to call when they arrived and the option to drop off at my home local to the area. Great Service & Great People. Love the Staff & Definitely my Favorite Auto Part Shop in Baton Rouge, Louisiana!!!

This store is my go to auto parts store. Employees are always pleasant and helpful in finding what I need. Today I bought windshield wiper blades. Without even asking the sales person told me I'll put these on for you right now. I was amazed and very grateful.

Most any Autozone store you go in you are almost guaranteed to find bad customer service, messy dirty stores and employees that are largely disinterested. I have to give credit where credit is due though. This Autozone on O'Neal looks sharp and the employees always offer to help the second you walk in the door. Because most any Autozone would be so bad I'd avoided going to any Autozone for the last 10 years especially since here in Baton Rouge we have plentiful options for auto parts. Just so happens that there is an O'Reilly Auto Parts and an Autozone just 5 minutes from my house. My go to has always been O'Reilly but recently I had to visit Autozone on 3 occasions because O'Reilly was out of what I needed. Then I discovered how very well run this O'Neal location of Autozone is. Friendly people and clean, organized store. Its going to be my go to store from now on. Manager of this store deserves recognition for his efforts.
