This location was a big help when none of the other locations in BR would honor our reservations. Getting a car here last minute allowed us to get to our daughters graduation and Im very grateful! Thank you!

Avis did not inform me after 2 call prior to our trip that I could not use a debit card at a corporate office. When I got to the locally owned office, the stipulation was a soft credit score check and a 500 deposit in order to use a debit card. Terrible experience.

Mr. Mike was so kind and went above and beyond with customer service. The process for my rental went very smoothly and very fast. They the best at Avis Independents Operator location.
