If I could rate this bank lower than a 1 I would. Called this particular bank today to make a transfer between my business accounts. Never in my 30+ years of banking have I ever been so disrespected as a customer at a bank, especially over the phone. It wasn't until I called this bank today and Melissa answered the phone. My voice has never been screened on a call before, like it was today. I wasn't allowed to make my transaction, I wasn't even asked my name or other pertinent information. Bancorpsouth, you have Melissa to thank for helping you lose a customer.
