I’m a grown man who decided to get his ears pierced for the first time and I couldn’t have found a better place than Banter. Kit was awesome and assisted me in picking out my ear rings, patiently answered any questions I had, and pierced my ears. Overall awesome staff. I highly recommend.

The manager, Brandy, was rude and very racist. She had a nasty attitude and my piercing was crooked. I asked for corporate’s number and she refused and said “I can’t give you that number”. I am very displeased. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BRANDY. I had to come back and get the piercing redone. I am a very busy woman. I shouldn’t have to come back because of incompetence.
