I relarely give public reviews but would like to say that Mrs Bobbie Lewis is one of the best customer service reps I've ever met. She represents this facility extremely well, great personally and character. If you're going to work with people directly in customer service then you should a great attitude towards the general public as she does!

I have stored at different places in different states& Baton Rouge in my past years . Ms Bobbie is an amazing lady. She offered sizes of units to me. Well I admit I thought I knew what size was best for everything I had to store. She was right ! My grandchild & I was placing a few things before movers& suddenly realized too small. It was 5 minutes before closing. She found another unit close to that unit & a bigger unit. She went out of her way & didn’t complain was very happy to accommodate my needs.She committed no problem . This is what we can do & we want you to be happy hear.
Recently had to rent another unit & called her & placed me near present one.She is very knowledgeable & personable. Took less stress off me. The facility is always so clean.
I have recommended a couple people too.

Store Safe has been wonderful to work with. Sena’s, site manager, customer service is exceptional. She went above and beyond to help me and my family during a stressful time .
