Shoutout to BR TELCO for all the amazing opportunities they’ve presented to me. Special thanks to Savannah Moss at the Main branch on airline. For all the great things she’s helped me accomplish since I’ve been a new member. I’ve been a member for four months and she helped me get my first credit card , my brand new Nissan, & im praying she be the one to help me start the process of buying my new home!

I have had my account with Telco for 15 years! I no longer live in BR, but whenever I have a question about my account or needing services, Telco provides vast customer service. Thanks Savannah for providing great customer service!

I absolutely love Telco in general the general concern, taking action instead of setting it aside for later. Recently I have had issues with spam and Sky the lady helping me resolved the problem immediately. Me man my whole family bank with telco and their app that notifies you when your card is charged is what has flagged these charges that I am not making and then they blocked the company from doing it again. I have always told people if you’re going to have a credit union go to Telco and none of them have been disappointed! Plus there is no waiting around for weeks to get a card like a bank or other places. You get it rite then. 10 stars if I could give it. -Rebecca.

4:28 I pull up. They close at 5. Lady at the door tells me they are closed and advised I use the drive thru. But the very thing I need - a cashier's check - they say "stops at 4:15." Where is this disclosed? I drove 45 minutes to be told this. My experience with this credit union has been so poor. They make it so difficult for me to access my own money.

The only benefit so far is that my payroll deposits 2 days early. You are basically charged for everything here. If you call to do a transfer over the phone there is a $1.00 fee to move your own money internally. The mobile banking app is outdated and you're not even able to lock and unlock your card from the app. Charges take forever to post to the account even when using them as a debit purchase. The debit cards are also outdated and they do not even offer tap pay. The business hours are not convenient for someone who actually works. The list goes on and on.
