No. To small of a bank. If your card doesn't work. And its a holiday or the weekend. You will be without your money or no access to get your money no automatic system to call or nothing. Your just without your money until thr next business day.

I love coming here to use as a credit union service center. The tellers are always nice and classic Baton Rouge friendly. The ambiance is like a bank when I was a kid; I hope they never change it. Maybe that's why I always feel so friendly and down home in there.

This place have gone Down a lot .Rude As H@@ Customer service is horrible I hate going to the one on 8601 summa Ave but it's the convenient for me I've been with them since 2006 I'm old fashioned like to stick to what I know. But I think today didt it form Me I'm Start looking for a New Bank are go to the the one on Florida Only. Now the lady's on Florida Boulevard is awesome evertime I go there u get treat with respect an there Sooo Sweet

Horrible experience with the employees. The customer service is horrible. I called and asked to speak with a manager or supervisor and was laughed at by an employee. Shortly after she hung the phone up in my face. Never will I bank here again.
