Horrible. I'm livid. I went in this store yesterday because my app were randomly crashing for no reason all of a sudden. The older woman working there has my phone and is trying to soft reset it. After I told her several times she was doing it wrong (she was also on the phone asking someone to cash app her money) she handed it to me and I showed her how to do it. She then says ok it should be fixed. No ma'am I've done that check led and made sure apps were updated and all something else is wrong. So she asked me to write down my email and passwords...NO MA'AM. I'll give you my email but you are NOT getting my passwords. I asked what she was doing because I didn't want to lose any messages or photos. She asks me if I'm sure I know my emails and passwords then without even asking or letting me know anything she factory reset my phone😭 It only got worse from there. She then spent over 45 minutes visibly shaking and sweating trying to recover my email. The wrong email at that. I told her several times that wasn't the right email. She did get into the wrong one and when nothing happened like I knew I took my phone and proceeded to leave before she yelled "F**K you, I was trying to help"
First off very unprofessional and rude. 2nd All she kept saying she had "16 years experience" but what she couldn't do in an hour I did in my car in less than 2 minutes. Now I have to go higher up because I lost everything from the last 6 months. No I've never been in cell phone business but yes I know more than you about my phone. So please educate your employees so they can help customers better. And don't ever factory reset someone's phone without asking or permission. You deleted the last 6 months of my life.

Ana was a big help with getting me a new phone. She had me set up within 10 minutes and the process couldn’t haven’t been easier. I always prefer this store but the customer service is unmatched. THANK YOU ANA!
