Brookstown Hardware is a true hometown hardware store that has been around for decades. It carries a lot of old school stuff and everything that most chain stores do not have. Customers report that if you can't find what you're looking for there, you won't find it anywhere. The staff provides excellent customer service, offering friendly and helpful suggestions when you describe a problem. Some customers feel the prices are pretty high overall and wish they were lower. While there can be a wait with only one register when busy, many find the store very convenient and a reliable place for tools and household supplies.

I've shopped at this hardware store for many years. Today I was in dire need of specific items. I was wondering if they had it so I called ahead and they had all of the items that I needed. As a plus, they opened early. It was 7:30 am. I'd definitely recommend and reuse this hardware store for my home repair needs!

This hardware store is soo pleasing to go to. The staff is helpful and now they are under new management.
