my husband's truck got repoed, first off this company is not sympathetic to loses incurred by the world wide pandemic, secondly he paid the $3600 to get it back and now they are giving him the runaround and not wanting to give him his truck back

I was able to apply for an auto loan before becoming a member and I got an answer back quickly, too! Good interest rate. My car buying process was complicated because the car was out of state, and Chad helped me with everything. I think they are great!

I’ve been banking here for over 10 years, and every time they make a change, it’s less convenient for the customer. I used to love the personal experience and convenient business hours, but that’s all ended. Over the years, the service has gotten ruder and ruder as well. Their systems are currently down, and I can’t access my account or my money; but they don’t work til 9am. They used to have help available as early as 7am. Now, they MIGHT answer a phone at 8am, but more than likely you have to wait until 9, their new, much later opening time. I’m shopping around and looking for a credit union more customer oriented. But most importantly, one where I can access my money or assistance when I actually need it.

there web page says they Close at 1 pm on Saturday , i got there at 12:30 and they were closed. explained this to one of your Hired Hands and she kept saying they close at noon. that was kinda obvious. i tried to explain that you need to update your page and all she could do was repeat like a parrot you close at noon the thought of saying "im sorry we need to change that" never entered her little mind. as a CUSTOMER i do not need your Hired Hand being rude to me and walking off with her hand in the air.
