This location has terrible service. Capital One closed on Highland and in Prairieville, so now this is my closest location. I am looking to move all my money to Chase.

On 7/2/2021 around 9:45-10:00a.m. my husband went to Capital One bank at 11221 Coursey Blvd to cash a check. He provided the teller with the check and his drivers license. The teller returned the money from the cashed check but not his license. When he inquired about his license the teller said "it is in the envelop" It was not. She looked around then told him it must have fallen between or under the tray and that she would have to call a contractor to retrieve it. My husband would be given a call when it was found. NO one called, and not having a license he could not drive any where and was inconvenienced the entire day. I returned home around 2:30p.m. we tried calling the only numbers available are 1-800 numbers for call centers around the country. We were able to finally get the local Coursey Branch number 225 381 7575 no one answered the phone. So, we drove back there we requested my husbands license or a supervisor. They did not have his license and referred us to 8009 Jefferson Hwy for the nearest supervisor. There we spoke with "Julie" who stated she was aware of the situation and suggested to my husband to go to an app and download his license to his phone at a cost to him. She was not accepting any responsibility for the teller at the bank misplacing my husband's license. In a day of rampant identity theft and cyber crimes people that request identification from the public should take particular care with others personal information. What was more disconcerting was the cavalier, dismissive attitude of the supervisor. It is highly likely that the license was placed in another customer's envelop by a careless teller. It should be the banks responsibility for reimbursing the cost of the license, and heaven forbid if someone uses my husbands license to commit a fraud of some kind. I intend on filing a complaint with anyone that will listen and then write letters of complaint to the corporate offices of Capital One. The bank should be responsible.

I just left this location. I had to run over there before the bank closed, to make an emergency deposit of $200. The teller would not make the transaction, because I didn't have a picture ID. Dumbest policy ever! What is the world coming to? ID for a $200 deposit??? The teller was very rude. You silly rabbits!

I like this branch because it is convenient to my home, but turning left onto American Way after going through drive-thru is dangerous. There's a dumpster and storage container on adjoining business's property that blocks view for those turning left. That dumpster and storage container have been there quite a while. Can you have the property owner move them away from the street to keep your customers safe from being hit by motorists coming around bend in road toward Coursey? I'd give branch more stars if there wasn't this problem.

Extremely rude! Went there today and asked the lady a simple question in regards to my bank card. She responded quickly and rudely. Terrible customer service on her part it only takes one bad employee to make the experience bad!

You must be in a vehicle in order to speak with with a teller. It is a DRIVE-UP branch! Those NOT in vehicles wishing to speak with a teller should KEEP WALKING to another branch.

the only thing I do not like about this place is there is no walk in Lobby. people complain about sluggishness but it's 2018 and people expect everything to be done in an instant. Be patient people. I'd rather them count everything 10 times and be slower and have everything a hundred percent right.
