Ms. Sonya was very patient and kind! I would recommend anyone to open an account with her. She answered all my questions and made sure I received everything I needed. Going back to her for any future banking needs!

I went to Capital One Branch location ,6040 Jones Creek Rd, Baton Rouge, Louisiana.I completed my withdrawal slip in a permanent marker at the lobby station that houses the deposit/ withdrawal slips as I did not have an ink pen and understandable with COVID, Capital One does have provide an ink pen at the station.I waited my turn. I walk up to the window. The young lady did not greet or acknowledge me. I handed over my withdrawal slip and ID.She states,”Oh my god you’re going to have to do this over, “ very rude, eye rolling, and condescending tone.I told her that’s fine and when we are done, I would like her name. (Keep in mind she wasn’t wearing a name tag as other professional in that setting would be.)She told me, “I’m not giving you my name.” I ask for the manager she stated, “ The manager is not here.” I ask for the next person in charge she stated “no one” there was “in charge.” (Marcy the teller next to her listened and witnessed this entire encounter.)I state to the young lady, you work for Capital One you have to provide your name. She stated,” you are not getting my name and I don’t care who you tell, ain’t nothing going to be done about it and I will still be here.” She also refused to give the branch manager’s name. (This is all before she has looked at my driver’s license.). I mistakingly gave her my expired license, she state your license expired anyway.I went to Marcy to ask for the manager’s name and the unprofessional teller’s name. Marcy rambled off some name for the manager, but stated,” that’s between y’all, I’m not getting in the middle of it.” Marcy also refused to identify the unprofessional employee. After leaving the branch, I was able to find a number for the manager/ Joni Barrick, my call was forwarded to voicemail.I called the 800 number and spoke with a customer service representative. I explained what transpired at the branch and I wanted to make a formal complaint. She put me on hold to “get a supervisor.” She came back and stated they (supervisor) wants me to find out more about what happened. I explained what happened she placed me back on hold for the supervisor. She then came back and stated, I will take your complaint. She was not able to provide a reference number or anything confirmation of receiving my complaint. She simply stated it’s recorded.I guess, I should not be surprised with the poor service given by the branch, calling the 800 (corporate) office wasn’t no improvement.I have been a Capital One customer for over 20 plus years. My home mortgage was with Capital One, I’ve financed vehicles, credit cards, saving, checking, business, and personal accounts recommended family and friends over the years. Capital One closing branches and subpar staff has given me a disdain for their services. I will be shopping for a more customer oriented bank. Or the very least professional courtesy.I did go back with my correct license. I stood in line being the the only customer in the bank with the unprofessional young lady and Marcy at the counter overlooking me. I guess they were tossing a coin to see which of them would assist me. Two more customers came in and Marcy finally relented. Might I add no greeting or acknowledgment from Marcy, other than to say “you can come on.”We wonder why there is such a lack of integrity in the world and co-workers cover for each other’s wrongdoing. Marcy in my opinion was just as complicit as the unprofessional teller. If you have a suggestion box:1) Capital One make your staff wear name tags and displayI had to cut a lot off my review!!!

Had an appointment for 2 p.m. Finally saw the employee at 2:30 p.m. She never introduced herself and had no idea why I needed to meet with her. I told her I had provided all the info online when I booked my appointment. She walked to her desk, picked up her tablet, and read the online info. It was obvious she had never looked at the details of my appointment until then. She finished the work I needed around 3:15 p.m. The customer with the next appointment had to wait a long time. The customer with a 2:45 p.m. appointment advised she was leaving and would reschedule. The employee told me that the job title for all employees at this branch is "brand ambassador". How ironic! Capital One needs to spend less on advertising and more on training its employees.

Very rude and inconsiderate of time. Disregarded me to help a friend and still didn’t help afterwards.

Unprofessional and horrible customer service! I'd remove all my money today if I wasn't about to leave town. Upon reading the other reviews, I see this isn't an isolated incident. I cannot believe they really responded under someone's comment "definitely not the vibe we're going for". The vibe?? ... What professional speaks like that to customers? Please give these employees and the owner some professional development sessions, Capital One.

Teller was not motivated to help me open an account. There was no line in the branch, I am an existing capital one customer trying to open a business account and the teller told me to go online and set an appointment. Go to a different branch if you need anything other than money in or out.

Great place to have your accounts Mississippi managed, I mean lets just take a look at the signature card dates and how JN was able to access the accounts after the WOW had him removed at the Prairieville location... 2016- 17 had a manager who really took personal relationships to heart... take a look right here. . . .

Only one person working on a Friday morning. I stand in line for 20mins to cash a check. Absolutely ridiculous. And then they're going to charge me a 7$ fee for cashing said check. I just drove 20mins to get here and absolutely wasted my time. Go to a different branch cause this one is unprofessional and could care less about customers.

I dont think people really know what a government issue IDs are. These people at this bank need to take a class in what they are

We are in an era of Customer Service and ppl always seem to be quick to give out bad reviews. Save all the negativity for someone who cares. So Marcy just wanted to let you know that your service was great, Thank You keep up the great work.
