I have been trying to add my husband to my account since Tuesday every time he tries to except the so called invite it hits a snag. We went to the bank on Wednesday and Friday to try and get the problem solved. The 2 managers we worked with both very nice, but the problem is still not solved. The managers just like my husband and I had to call customer service, and talk to managers on their end. The manager on the phone with the manager at the bank site told us to wait 24 ho and try again, waited at least 30 hours tried again, problem still not solved. I have called every day since Tuesday I don't know how many people I have talked to and had to give my information to but it's way to many. When I opened my account we had at least 6 locations near us now there is only 1 in the worst part of town traffic wise and crime wise. I will be looking for. another bank. All this started trying to order checks when I got hacked by calling one of their so called customer representatives.

Horrible bank. Customer service terrible. No manager on site ever. Employees are all rude. This branch especially is bad but overall capitol one bank is awful. I would recommend taking your banking anywhere else! The bank made a mistake on a deposit and owes our account funds but will not credit our account what is owed despite repeated requests and three in person visits to the bank. Short of suing the bank we have no other recourse it seems except to bank elsewhere.

Super annoyed. Branches closed. Won't mail an elderly relative a statement unless there is activity; and interest does not count. Inability to set up online acct (so could access & print stmts) without cell phone to verify. Elderly does not use cell phone. Email verification would never work. Numerous phone customer service members could not set it up or assist in setting up. Nothing worked. Obvious this bank wants to go full digital with zero in-person service available.

HORRIBLE!!! So slow and inefficient. I came first thing in the morning and waited for hours to speak to someone. They were taking way too much time and there was not enough employees working.

The employees here are very professional and nice!! The only issue is that College drive is full of heavy traffic... Ugh. Still a good branch :)
