The service team did an excellent job of repairing my vehicle and keeping me posted on what the issues were and how long the repairs would take. My vehicle was towed there on Monday morning, and by mid-afternoon on Wednesday, I had my vehicle back in great condition. I truly appreciate the good customer service Hannah & other service personnel provided during what was a stressful event for me.10/28/23: My recent visit to the service department was great. Keith was very professional & kept me informed about my vehicle status & explained my options for various maintenance issues. The work was done within an hour. Good job!1/22/24: Jackie kept me posted on the status of my vehicle while it was being repaired. It was ready to be picked up on the day promised. Good job!

Autumn in the service department is awesome! Had to bring my vehicle in to get a warranty part replaced. Tried to bring it to the dealership I originally bought it from, but they couldn’t get me in for a few weeks. Made a same day appointment with Autumn at Royal. She had it diagnosed and the part scheduled to be changed the next day, all within an hour of being there. She worked around my work/mom life schedule and even offered to get me Uber’s to and from work so I wouldn’t be inconvenienced without a vehicle! Highly recommended scheduling with her!

Took my 08 GMC Sierra there for the air bag safety recall. Pick it up, and now my air bag service light is on. Obviously something they did triggered the light, as it was not on before. Take the truck back and they check it, only to tell me that it's an old truck, so they can't really test it to see what's wrong, but it's not the part they installed. How convenient. So they mess with the air bag system, do something to cause the service light to come on, and then say "too bad, you'll have to go pay somebody else to fix it, not our problem". And that's beside the fact that they don't bother to call you and tell you your car is ready. They just wait until you call to check on it a week or two later, and then "oh yeah, it's ready". Or them taking 15 minutes to find your keys when you go to pick up your vehicle.This place sucks. I would not take a vehicle here for service, and although I may be in the market soon for a vehicle, I will not ever purchase a vehicle from them. Total lack of customer care. Maybe it's different if you just spent a bunch of money with them or they think they can sell you a new vehicle, but otherwise, they don't give a damn. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE, UNLESS YOU'LL BE OKAY HAVING TO PAY SOMEONE ELSE TO FIX WHAT THEY SCREW UP.

I brought my truck in for service this morning and both Josh M and Barrett S were great to deal with. I didn't have an appointment, so I expected my truck to be there most of the day, but they had my truck done and I was able to pick it back up before it was time for lunch. A big thanks to both Josh and Barrett for the great service, and I'll see yall next time!

I had a minor issue with a sensor but they got me in and out without hesitation. Mr joshua head of service at Royal Buick GMC made sure I knew everything happening with my case. Everyone I spoke to was always very nice and provided quick and effective service.

Would recommend Royal GMC service department. Love how they keep you updated with text messaging and how easy it is to schedule appointments online.
