We stored our boat here. Had the battery stolen and a few months later had the fuel line and primer bulb cut from the boat.

Do not rent here. They are constantly broken in to. I discovered mine and many others were broken in to. They have a lock on the main gate, so I can't even get to it to see what they took and an upholstered chair is sitting out and it's pouring down raining. I called, and they said they would have a manager come meet me, but I have not received a call back. They didn't notify me that it was broken into, so I don't know when it happened, yet they have charged me the full month of January. DO NOT RENT here!!!

Reserved a unit two days ago and arrived today to store my things in the unit for the first time only to find all the units broken into and their contents strewn outside everywhere. There was even a man with his daughter and a garbage bag taking what he could from the opened units. I called Square Space and said I refused to store my things there and they said I should have never been able to reserve at that location. I said if there was a problem someone should have called once I made the online reservation alerting me to this fact. She said they must have overlooked it?!?!? So I had to scramble to find a new storage company last minute.

Do NOT rent here. I’ve had a unit here for a while, and it’s been broken into 2 times in the past 4 months. The first time I called & asked if there was anything taken, and the manager told me that she didn’t know & my unit was currently sitting UNLOCKED for days because she “didn’t have time to go lock them back”. This time I’ve called multiple times to try to get in contact with someone, and absolutely no one is answering the phone.

I wouldn't have a Empty box in this storage, there were rats in a bag of clothes, that didn't even hop out until a bag dropped outside at the new home, he played dead, and took out running after a helper spotted him.Do not use this place for anything

I rented the storage at the end of the month, but realized that I wasn’t going to need it. I called and Ashlynne was SUPER helpful and awesome. Best customer service I’ve experienced over the phone in a long time.

Never had trouble with someone breaking in my storage they keep a close eye on your storage your stuff will be well protected
