my first and last time dealing with champs online i placed an order 5 to 7 times first my bank didnt trust them i got my bank to approve and then CHAPS accepted my order the a minute later cancelled my order im very disappointed im trying to christmas shop for my kids but i will use the direct vendor instead i never shop in store or online and i should have kept to my routine and go straight to nike I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH CHAMPS AGAIN before making this review i tried calling the 800 number and emailing the company the 800 number tried to sell me car insurance

I was not turned off by this store. Salespeople did not follow me around. They had a decent selection. Most importantly, they were requiring customers to Don face masks.

Went to Mall of LA location to purchase school shoes for both kids, socks, and book sack. Spent over $300. With COVID precautions, employees bring your shoes straight to the register after you tell them the size. You don’t try on or handle the actual pair you are purchasing. I get home, my daughter tries on the shoes, and they are an exact fit. She needs a larger size. I go back to the store less than 24 hours later and they refuse the exchange because the inside of the shoe dirty. The manager, Jonathan, was NO HELP and extremely sarcastic. I asked if they could track the serial number on the shoes to see if someone else previously exchanged them and I was told “not really”. He told me that he called the cashier that was working when I made the purchase and she informed him that she remembers checking the shoe-and it was clean. She remembered that uneventful purchase of Adidas at a shoe store?!?! Never again!!!!

Good selection... absolutely ignored in this place though. If I'm in the store, I'm there to shop...doesn't matter what I'm wearing..but jeans and boots get me absolutely ignored by workers just standing around.

I'm very disappointed in the customer service I have been receiving. I ordered a pair of shoes for my son on September 9, I haven't received them yet my shipping tracking date states they would arrive on the 15th. I was placed on hold for over a hour nobody ever came back to the telephone. I called back stayed on hold for over thirty mins. I wanted a refund, he tells me there was nothing he could do but send me another pair after they do their investigation and see that I really didn't receive them. This was horrible and my worst experience dealing with online shopping. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM CHAMP'S/FOOTLOCKER!!!!!!

i order shoes june 27 2020 and got email saying order was shipped and it would be delivered July 3 2020 and here it is July 8 and it says label created , at this point i would like a full refund you cant even talk to someone
