I went to this bank to withdrawal money (very normal thing to do at a bank, right?). I withdrew a lot from their ATM, and I was happy to hear the bills drop down! Getting this cash was the final step to a long, long day. After I heard the bills drop down, I went to reach for them. To my humble surprise, the ATM was locked and I could not grab my money. I was staring at my money and it was staring right back at me. I went inside to get help from an employee, thinking "oh this is such an odd fluke!". The bank employee did not skip a beat in saying, "oh it has been doing that all day, we can't help you".
Now riddle me this: If I go to a bank to withdrawal money (again, this is the sole purpose of a bank), why does your ATM not work? Bigger and more complicated riddle: Why (again, as a bank) do you have a broken atm marked as open if it has been screwing people out of money ALL DAY?

I received a call from the branch asking me to call them back without an explanation. I tried calling them back over ten times throughout the day, but no one answered. Why call me if you don't bother to answer your phone during business hours? This caused me to worry that something was wrong with my account.

My worst experience in Chase Bank with cashier Jaslyn. I just need to withdraw cash totally $200, 10 of $20. Jaslyn let me repeated for three times and said $2000? I said no. She threw the pen and paper to me and said "write it down yourself!" No customer should be treated by Jaslyn's Awful disrespect attitude. After I changed my name, she also complained my signature is different. How come Chase has the cashier doesn't know how to count and has no logical sense?

Worst Chase Banking experience of my almost 20 yrs as a customer with Chase. The manager of the “vestibule” was extremely rude and came within 6ft of me to tell me about a mask. I was using the ATM and no one was around. They should really teach their employees to follow the science and stop the spread.

As a business owner who has been a customer since Chase bought City National Bank in the 90’s….. it is finally past time to leave.Routinely when making large business deposits, Chase will refuse to deposit checks of “other Chase customers” if those customers do not have the funds.Chase rejects the deposit and creates a bigger problem for my accounting. They do not issue an NSF to the customer that fraudulently issued the check to our company. This is just not acceptable.
