They do not print cards, and are extremely rude when you ask them. I’m a 20 year old woman who just began banking with them.. how was I to know they do not offer that service?

Bad customer service. Will not write anything. All the babble from the mouth and completely clueless of that person how to be sensitive to the diversity!!!!

Jonathan Alexander helped me. He was professional and fast but was also funny and nice. Everyone in the branch today was very nice and professional and I accomplished exactly what I needed to!
