Awful drive-thru!! Takes forever!! Definitely not worth the time (or waste of gas) to sit there for such an incredibly long time. I’ve complained numerous times, but it never improves. When they were at their old location (near Winn Dixie) their drive thru was super easy, efficient and QUICK. Now, it’s unacceptably SLOW!!! Might have to change back to Regions Bank. It isn’t as convenient but the drive thru it’s a whole lot faster!!

Horrible Drive in! Be careful or you could damage your car!!! and management is rude not to mention I was the only one there for 30 minutes as I waited for them to finish my deposit. I had it preped and ready to go. Still took 30 minutes.

My review sadly reflects an overall decline in the service level at the bank, both online and in person. Things were great for an extended period and then Chase started changing policies and things went south quickly. Lately they keep sending out email alerts in error and always when I am traveling and I have to stop what I am doing and investigate, call them at the branch and waste my time to tell THEM they are making errors. This place has all my money so this is a bit frightening. I am not talking once or twice either. I love the convenience of online bill pay and other features but the continued tinkering and errors are making me think of having to change banks which of course no one likes to do. I sincerely hope they can improve and this will not be necessary.

First I just would like to take time out and say that the art of great customer service is lost during our latest pandemic that we are in. I wanted to say thanks to Jennifer Hamilton for going out her way to make sure I was taking care of. She gave me the best service I ever had at chase bank

Mask nazis even with people that have conditions that make it difficult to wear a mask and a piece of thick glass between you and the teller or person helping you. Do not have problems with Chase Bank just this location.

I referred someone to open a bank account. I never received my $50 referral bonus. This has happened twice. Seems like a scam.

They don't get 5 stars because this is a smaller branch so wait times inside can be a bit ridiculous, but it's the one closest to me so I usually come here. Overall I love Chase and this branch has the ATM machine in an enclosed room outside of the main branch where I can always deposit cash or checks and withdraw cash as well. They have set it up to where you feel very safe even if you have to stop here after hours to conduct business. I've only been inside a few times, but the staff was always very friendly and helpful.

I switched to chase bank and specifically walked into this branch and have always tried to do any business at this branch. I have been more than satisfied with the customer service that I have received. And even recently while going through some tough financial times, I have called and the customer service graciously helped to reverse a lot of NSF charges. when you call this branch it goes directly to the branch and not a global telephone service which then would direct you to a foreigner at a call center in India. I like that real people answer the phone and you can address the real issue. So keep doing what you're doing over there because it is greatly appreciated
