Title: Treated like a cockroach by Angela PichonI came to this branch with my mom (who does not speak English) to open a high school account for my little brother. From the get go, Angela was very rude and spoke over me, even though I explained to her multiple times that I would be translating for my mom. I was told by another Chase branch member that it would be best if we bring my brother’s birth certificate and social security number to open an account, since he doesn’t drive or have a state ID yet. She asked for two forms of ID from my mom, which my mom provided her passport and chase debit card, after a few minutes on the computer she asks my mom is she has a visa or green card, (We felt like we were being interrogated by ICE) and we told her no, but we’ve never had a problem with my mom using her passport at other Chase branches, but regardless we got my dad to come in. Keep in mind, my parents have multiple accounts with Chase, including a business account. My dad provided the two forms of ID and she insisted he give her a Visa, which he did not have, only his permit, which we’re waiting on his updated one to come in the mail. Not once did she explain to us why all of this was needed, and not once did she express a single ounce of good customer service I believe she should have, especially as a branch manager. Since she did not explain to us why the documents were needed, or why what we provided wouldn’t suffice, I feel as Angela’s attitude toward us was racially motivated and I’m especially disappointed that it’s coming from another person of color, let alone a branch manager. My family and myself have been banking with Chase for years, including our business account, and we’ve always had the best relationship. I’m disgusted with how we were treated today.

Not very knowledgeable in the privated sector. Only seems that they are there to make a paycheck. ? i am still waiting for a response from MS. THALIYA I would say she is unprofessional due to the fact that she was going to respond via email, till these day i havent heard from her. Very sad.

I was so pleasantly surprised today. I am a Capital One customer. I had a Chase bank check so I came in to cash it today. I knew it was newly built but I wasn't prepared for the look and design of the inside. It reminded me of a luxury car dealership. So clean, open, modern. I was blown away when every worker there spoke to me during my visit. They were all so friendly and comforting. I had no wait at all, and was taken care of quickly. Everyone wore a mask. But I was even more impressed at the technology they have behind the counter. No old school drawer to unlock and money to count out 2-3 times, like most financial institutions. Really modern and advanced technology. Like a bank of the future. Overall I was thrilled with my experience. Now I want to make the switch just from the amazing customer service and in person banking experience.

This is the best customer service I have ever had with a bank. Tameka Greene is phenomenal at responding to calls, voicemails and concerns. I had an issue with my account and the support line was not really yielding me any information. Tameka was able verify what I needed to do to resolve the issue and was even able to scheduled me with one of the bankers, Sean Harris, rather late in day. She definitely made a very worrisome/stressful situation more calming. She is extremely polite and professional. I recommend building a relationship with this specific branch. Great staff and team. I've had some good customer service at Chase, but this location takes it to the next level. The friendliness of the staff and efficiency at taking care of my banking needs is unbeatable.
