Open 24 hours but never unlock the doors, place needs to shut down

I walked into the open store and they refused to cash me out saying they aren’t taking any more customers. This location closes multiple times during the day and is almost always closed past 10pm.

Yall claim yall are 24 hours but always closed while your employees are sitting on there butt on the phone / giggling behind the counter and the door locked . Please hire new people it’s been like this ever since i moved here , very unprofessional
