Most of the staff are rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I’m usually there between 7-11 in the evening. They are willing to get into a verbal altercation when questioned about anything. They are not helpful. Specifically tonight, I asked questions and attempted to engage in general conversation and was completely ignored. I asked for a receipt and her name is not there, but the date was today 1/30/24 time stamp 8:47:38pm Customer service training needed or she should find a new job.

They have been alot better with customers. Well stocked , but!!!!! Please clean up the trash on the landscaping it makes highland road trashy . A convenience store is known for trash that blows into the roads from your establishment .

Sign on the door says 24 hours but it’s not. Went to swing in on my way to work this morning at 6:30 and the doors were locked. Worker looked at me and walked away.

Editing my review bc Idk what happened here, but this place is a god forsaken nightmare now. The lines will stretch from the front to the back of the store, meanwhile I've seen employees walk out, see the line, then turn around and disappear to the back. If you want to come here, just avoid between 8am and 7pm.

The gentleman with the long hair who is now working the late shift is easily the kindest and most welcoming convenience store employee I've ever seen. He seems to always be on top of things and makes the extra effort with customers every time I've been in this Circle K. Store is clean. Shelves stay stocked.

This was the best exchange I have ever had anywhere. The cashier, Erica, was the nicest, most uplifting person I have come across. She helped me with a smile on your face and made conversation. I love this Circle K and will be back!

Sign on door showing masks must be worn in the store. The young man working earlier this evening didn’t even pretend to utilize the one under his chin. I observed this over a 15 min period as I had to enter store twice over ten minutes because there was an issue with my gas pump.

Ridiculous, this store has repeatedly been closed at around 10 or 11 pm the last 3 times I've come here the person on the inside throws his/her hands up and says we are closed every time pure laziness. I watched several cars pull up and pull off. Losing business when they could be serving customers. 24 hours yeah right, then I go right down the way At the one on Burbank the girl there is cleaning the floors and has the door open to great with a smile. If I was the owner of this one I would be sad of the sorry state it's in. It's a gas station not rocket science. Sunday 11 pm October 11th

The young overweight girl with the hipster glasses and fluffy hair has your 24hour store locked so she can walk around ignoring at least six guest who I saw drive away while I knocked and watched her walk to the back. She didn't answer the phone when I called to ask why she was closed. I've been coming to this circle k for years now on my way to work. She's to much of a softie to work nights. Evidently.

Same as most recent review. Store locked at 1am. Knocking in door gets no response from the employee inside sweeping. No response from calling the phone. At least 10 customers pulled up, tried to go inside and left, due to the store being closed. So much for 24 hr

It's rare that I come across stellar gas stations let alone write reviews about them, but this particular Exxon got my attention for having all the right things: * Customer service is a priority, their staff is nothing short of awesome. The provide stellar service from the counter and are super efficient when there are lines. * The station itself and the convenience store is spotless. The handles are clean; they feel practically new. And what else is clean? The bathroom. Kudos on the latter. * The prices: no one goes to any gas station without first looking at the prices and this particular station the numbers are always lower then most. I'm not saying it's the best deal in town but I am saying it's probably cheaper than the other nearby stations.

Every time I stop here there is no paper for receipts in pumps which is an inconvenience many times when I'm on the go. When I inquired I got a rude response. Just simple laziness. I also buy cigarettes by the carton and every time I stop here they say they don't have any after looking in one bin and the last time they didn't even look and said they didn't have any very rudely. Lazy, rude workers. I shop elsewhere now. Wish I could talk to owner because when I spoke to the manager she was just as rude as the clerk. They always have atleast 2 workers at the counter and always seems only one register is open with several people waiting. This morning both were standing there as I waited and neither acknowledged me. I simply walked out for the last time. Very Rude people getting paid and ruining the image of this store.
