Great service and very helpful especially the general manager very genuine and helped with everything I needed I will be back to this location the store was clean and organized. I brought almost 200 dollars worth of clothes and accessories and it was worth every penny

Terrible service!!! Ms. Keisha had a terrible attitude and the white lady was acting as if she was afraid to help me after Keisha's performance. If you want decent service, go somewhere else!!!

What is going on at this store? It smells like mildew and mold, as if it's been under water for years. When I tell you the smell hits you in the face as soon as the door opens, you need to wear a hazmat suit just to shop there, how is anybody working inside this building!All the merchandise smells just like mildew, I purchased a scrub top, and it took two wash cycles with hot water to get the smell out. So I ask again! How is this store even open to the public? The employees should get a Mycotoxin Test, because there is definitely something wrong inside this store. Does anyone care about the conditions inside this store? Please send help to this location with a cleaning crew that specializes in mildew and mold, or put up warning labels, saying wash in hot water twice before you wear or try on merchandise. Also add a sign on the door saying, you must wear a full mask before entering this building, high levels of what smells like mildew and mold.This is so sad, you want to make money in this area, but you don't care about the consumers health! Wow..

I came to the Citi Trends location on Staring Lane, since I couldn't find what I wanted on Plank Road in Northside BR. Anyway, I found this black shirt and hat with light brown pants. The price was reasonable, too. Will be back.

Awesome place for anything from clothing to household items, from books to cologne and from shoes to sporting items. Was surprised to find so many great deals on so many items I didn't know they had. Thumbs Up!

It's so easy to shop for last minute days. I just needed a quick outfit for my son and I was low on cash. I got four outfits name brand for the same price I spend on a shirt in the mall. Boys will be boys but not in a polo lol

The mangers have really bad customer service especially Kimberley, don’t greet customers, and has bad management, more ppl would be exited if she let employees do there thing. She also rude and be on her phone I would like to speak to corporate because this is not right.
