It's easier to win the lottery than an associate to answer the phone at this Walmart I can't stand this place

I ordered online to avoid the line and be able to simply pick up. I sat waiting twice as long as it would have taken me to park and go into the store. Won't avail myself of this service any more and will shop elsewhere.
