I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I came in for a Devacut annd curly hair defining and everything started off fine. She offered a steam treatment to help with moisture then I got a text from my stylist while I was still sitting in the salon asking if the steamer had turned off. When I said yes, she let me know she was stuck in traffic in Baton Rouge because she had left in the middle of my appointment to meet with her realtor.
I asked if anyone else could finish my service. This was my first time experiencing a stylist leave a client mid-service with conditioner still in their hair. When I asked who the manager was, I was told it was her — so there was no one to escalate my concerns to.
Thankfully, the other staff rinsed my hair out and refunded my deposit, but the entire situation was completely unprofessional. To top it off, she later texted me asking if I wanted to come back another time so she could finish my hair — after leaving me mid-appointment!
I will not be returning. Clients deserve respect and professionalism, not to be left sitting in a salon with wet hair because the stylist decided to run personal errands.

My natural stylist was very professional, diligent with working with my hair texture (two types of texture) and informative of what products to use. The salon is well-operated by a female business owner who works at the salon also.
The reason for 4 stars is while my stylist worked on my hair, I was not too far from this young lady who worked there (could have been the owner). As she walked back and forth from wash bowl to her clients, she continuously coughed without covering her mouth. I saw the disgust on one of her client's faces. Granted it may have been allergies she suffered from, however, there is no excuse to at least cover your mouth whenever coughing incessantly. Other than that, no issues with the salon.

I can’t say enough good things about this salon! Victoria has been a blessing for both me and my daughter. She truly cares about the health of our hair—always taking the time to treat it properly, give clean trims, and install natural-looking extensions that blend flawlessly. Denim's hair is growing flawlessly! We’ve also purchased bundles and clip-ins from her, and the quality is always top-notch. Whether it’s a routine visit or a full-on hair crisis, she always finds a way to fit me in and get us right. Her professionalism, talent, and genuine care make every appointment feel like self-care. Highly recommend!

Such a wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and relaxed. Victoria is a master stylist. She takes her time to ensure that she hears your hair styling needs and addresses those accordingly. The final product is superbly tailored to my style needs. Hair is always runway ready! When she is unavailable, I feel comfortable and confident in the ability of all stylists working at the salon. This salon is the only salon for me.

I absolutely love this salon! It’s always spotless, beautifully maintained, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. The staff is friendly, professional, and truly care about the health of your hair—not just the style. Victoria has been my stylist for years, I went from very very short hair. To hair down my back.Every time I leave, my hair feels healthy, refreshed, and exactly how I envisioned it. She really listen to what you want and deliver with care and expertise.
