The worse service ever. I made a purchase 9/10 and they were scheduled to deliver Thursday 9/14 to start off they were 2 hours late from the time frame they had given me. The worse part were items USED not NEW in boxes. I purchased a complete living room set and a bed frame. The living room set were USED and the bed frame was new but the box was DAMAGED so was the item. They are selling items rejected from other customers as NEW. I rejected my first delivery and REQUESTED NEW ITEMS. Second attempt same scenario but the recliner and bed frame were new NOT THE SOFA NOR LOVE SEAT. They showed up at my house at 8:30pm when my time frame was 1:45pm and 4:45pm ONCE AGAIN I MISSED WORK BECAUSE OF THE DELIVERY. The salesperson just want the sale and delivery guys have no fault because they just load and do their route. PAYING TOO MUCH MONEY FOR USED FURNITURE I JUST SHOULD’VE BUT FROM THE MARKETPLACE ON FACEBOOK. Someone better get me a solution ASAP!!!!!

We have been conned by Conn's. Our dishwasher we purchased from Conn's broke 2 months ago & is still not repaired or replaced. They came out here 4 times & it's still broken. We have called at least 20 (no exaggeration) times to have it repaired or replaced. Each time we are put on hold for a long time, told someone would call us back or told to call back. Today I was told to give the service department 48-72 hours to send someone out for the fifth time with no exact date or time given. We have been very patient, but our patients has run out.Some very shady business is going on with this company. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional service in all of my 60 years on earth.Small claims court is next if this is not resolved.

On Friday afternoon, I made a decision to purchase a new washer and dryer. I was informed that I could have it delivered next day. I paid for the delivery and was then refunded the delivery fee because it couldn't be delivered until Wednesday. Once home and installed not even 24 hours, the dryer is making a very loud noise. I contacted the store I provided the details of my call and was directed to speak with customer service. I was not offered buyer's remorse ( because the "sales associate" was not the person who sold me the dryer , nor was the associate on the schedule that weekend) poor customer service. I was transferred to customer service call center and it was closed. I called back to Conn's on Sunday morning and I explained once again what happened, they transferred me to customer service again. I was then told by customer service that I would have to 48-72 hours for a third party contractor to be selected to service my brand new defective dryer, or I could call GE myself for assistance in getting service. She then tells me because it's under the manufacturer's warranty it won't cost me anything. I am still yet waiting for resolution it's been 72 hours and no resolution. I just expected better service overall. I have spoken to the General Manager at this location in Baton Rouge on Airline, he told me he was waiting for upper management. This is just not what I expected. I will not be making another purchase with Conn's.

Had a very unprofessional experience. I ended up buying a washing machine only to go pick up and bring it home to find out they sold me the wrong one! They are identical on the outside and different on the inside. One has a agitator the other doesn’t. By no means was it my fault. Evidently all they care about is making a sell. Want me to deliver back to warehouse and come in and do more paperwork. I informed them that I would bring it to the store and cancel my contract only to be told I would have to pay a restocking fee for there mess up. I’m a single dad and Conns just screwed me Thanks

Was a great experience with the sales person. Was very straight forward and patient with the troubles I had. I’d give him 5 stars. Very professional.Although I do see where there was some hostility with one I believe to be a manager.Not very professional. Was very nice to me at first but was acting extremely unprofessional and kind of hostile towards my sales person.But all together I had a great transaction. Got what I needed, And got out within 30 minutes

OMG! Chay (not sure how she spells it) but she was the most attentive rep I’ve come across in a while. She help me make tough decisions and didn’t rush me nor the process. I will be asking for her in the near future.

Quality of their furniture, in this customers opinion, was of low quality vs the price. The sales person was more interested in what I could do for them and not what they could do for me. I know this because I was asked by the sales person, " so...your not going to buy from me today ", It struck me kinda funny so I replied..."maybe, maybe not ,depends ". The Sales person walked away and never returned. I will not return....

Purchased an washer and dryer set, dryer stop getting hot after 5 months, wait to be fixed. Not happy at all, they rather keep fixing instead of replacing with new one, Service Agreement is Bull. There's no reason a brand new dryer should stop getting hot within 5 months and I don't use often or overload.Very disappointed

If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchesd a bed room set that doesn't even look like the one I wanted in the store. When my items were delivered they took a week to come back out and put my bed together. I've called several times for a return or exchange. I was told I couldn't be helped and there was nothing they can do about it. Y'all will NOT RECEIVE NOT ONE PAYMENT FROM ME !! And my contract has been sent over to my lawyer!!!
