Based on the reviews, Cox Store in Baton Rouge has friendly staff who help with anything phone or cable-related. Customers do not have to call customer service when they visit. The staff is very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. One customer went in after a thunderstorm to get equipment replaced and was in and out in less than 10 minutes with new equipment. The staff also let the customer know about an upgrade they were eligible for. Another customer was confused about their service, but a staff member helped calm them down and alleviated all concerns. A different customer walked in to drop off old equipment and immediately became friends with the staff. One sales rep was very patient with a first-time homeowner who did not know a thing about WiFi. The store is also nice and clean.

Customer service here is the best I’ve had with cox. I’ve been helped by Deionte and Sam with getting my account issues rectified. They were extremely helpful and super kind.
