Ordered the fried steak with eggs and hash browns thru delivery.. added a side of grits and all that. I just don't get how you could get a simple breakfast so wrong. Grits were as loose as water. The steak was dried out and just gross in general. Everything on my plate had a nasty taste to it. I couldn't even finish it. I drank the grits and had a few bites of the biscuit. Not ordering from here again. Would have been better off ordering from McDonald's.

Our server was phenomenal! Ocean went above and beyond. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The only con that I had was the fried chicken that my mother ordered was not seasoned like the chicken tenders. Not sure what went wrong in the kitchen but that was an epic fail.

I order from your Baton Rouge location often because its convenient to where my office is located. I have never had a bad experience with your store until today. My order was ready to be picked up about 9:20a. However since I was at my office, I was unable to pull away at that time. But I figured no biggie, I know my food will be cold, but it's all good because this is on me. I get there to pick it up at 10:50a. I checked in through the app. No one ever came out. So I checked in again. And again I sat for 10 minutes. All of which is still not a big deal, because I'm late and I know that this location gets pretty busy. So I go inside to get my food. I was met by the most rude elderly white woman that I have EVER had the displeasure of meeting in all my years of being alive. I expressed to her that I tried checking in outside but no one ever came, so that's why I'm now inside. She immediately responds well maybe it's not ready yet. I mean we ARE busy. I said, Yes ma'am, I understand. I was supposed to pick it up for 9:20a. She again answers in a rude tone as if I'm inconveniencing her. At this point I'm confused. Why am I getting attitude, I'm only telling why I'm here. I'm not belligerent, or upset, or anything. So she goes to check on the order in the kitchen. She comes back and says, they are bagging it, because it sat so long that they had to throw it away, so they remade it as a courtesy to you because we don't normally do that. So you're essentially getting two meals. I said, no ma'am I'll still be getting the one meal, but I understand, no problem. She goes on to say, well the company is taking a loss because they're basically giving you something for nothing and I'm looking at her like ok, you can stop talking now. I'm getting something for SOMETHING because I believe I paid for it. This woman did not stop talking and behaved as though this food was coming out of her check. Or like she was directly affected by my tardiness. I have never experienced anything like this before. I know you all will not speak to her about it. You'll most likely look past this because she's elderly and probably been there for a while. I'm sure she's loved and all that. But she needs to understand that she should never speak to your guests that way. If it were not for your customers, then there would be no Cracker Barrel. I work very hard for the money I spend with this company and could have easily gone somewhere else, but I like your store and again, I've never had any issues here, the staff normally is very polite, as am I.This woman almost brought me out of my character. She was just that rude and unfriendly. And sadly if she isn't counseled or spoken to about this, You all will have lost a great customer.

They were not busy.Took 35 minutes to get our order. Asked for a Togo box and our ticket.That took 10 minutes. Asked for a to go cup to pour my drink into. That took another several minutes. It never takes that long when it is busy.

Treated some friend who have never been to CB. They loved it, as I do. Everything on the menu is good. This is my comfort food. I go to CB for the biscuits but I enjoy everything. The service is usually excellent as well. Their employees are usually the best!Parking: Lots of parking all around the building. There is even parking for people pulling campers.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. They have booster seats and plastic cups and it is a family environmentWheelchair accessibility: The dining room and bathrooms are wheelchair accessible. There are plenty if handicap parking spots but the store part of the restaurant can be too crowded for someone in a wheelchair to get around comfortably

It’s a great feeling when you get exactly what you want when you have a particular craving. Actually placing the order took some time, but eventually I was acknowledged. Overall everything was great.

Our waitress was the best , real friendly full of smiles had great service. They should have more like her. Thanks a bunch. Didn’t put more about the food because I didn’t have them.
