The females were very respectful they helped me out and directed me in the right directions. They persuaded me into doing beneficial things for my family and I and moving forward I will be asking for the help from a female worker when I return if any questions reach the surface. But for the male workers, they were very unprofessional and inconsistent with giving out the information that I very politely requested, and it seemed as if they did not want to help, and more so was bothered by my presence when I was only asking about my phone plans. He has HORRIBLE customer service skills and should be redirected immediately if possible.
