Some locations or poor on technical skills, I just experience such and it cost me more because of the sale service tech poor training. I was sold a sim card @ 1 location and had to go the next day to another too PORT my phone number too the new account, and that cost me a extra $30 and the down time of the following day...POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN SOME LOCATIONS DO TO POOR STAFF... & MANAGEMENT....

Definitely a good Cricket location. Large storefront, so there's plenty of room to wander and ponder. After a poor experience at the Gardere location, these folks took good care of me. No hard sell, no pressure. Good people. Go see them.
