AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST!!! Go to College Dr or Seigen location, which are run by different management. The employees at this Gardere location are liars, and the management, Yennifer (store manager), and Josh (area manager) are garbage. The girl lied, saying the accessories were free with our upgrade. The price at checkout seemed right bc she told us the phone cost more than it actually did. We should have paid better attention to our receipt before agreeing with it on the pad, but we had no reason to believe the total to be wrong. We only discovered she lied to us when we went to return the phone for another, and they told us the phone only cost $50, not the $110 she told us. Management refused to rectify the situation, only to say to us they don't return accessories. We only got the accessories bc she said they were free; we were not even interested in purchasing accessories! But we learned they make the most commision off accessories, so I'll let you make your own conclusions as to why she told us they were "free"!Thankfully, we contacted Cricket directly via facebook, and they made the situation right. We will NEVER step foot in this location again!

Sweet merciful baby buddha, why did I bother wasting my time going to this location? I love my Cricket service. Nothing bad about Cricket, but this location is a bad example of Cricket service.When I went to upgrade my phone, I was told that I had to buy a case and screen protector as well. Not SHOULD, not COULD, but HAD TO. The sales person informed me that the area manager told them to do it that way. I kindly left and went to a different location.Don't get me wrong: I bought them anyway, but by CHOICE, and not from THIS location.

I've been coming bro this location about 5-6 times and it's always closed . Well the sign says OPEN but next to it there is always a sign that's says "will be back shortly"I just want the service Im a new costumer .

I am back with AT&T. Crickets customer service is the worst ever. I went in to switch to their service with 2 perfectly good phones. Neither worked after bedng there for 4 hours and they wouldn't give me my money back

It use to be great now it's ok. They use to have these three young ladies there.They all had a weird names and spoke Spanish. They were all Puerto Rican I believe. One was like Izra she had curly hair and the other had an Asian name that started with a T. I can never pronounce it, I jus called her Tammy. The other had Red hair, she was a sassy. They use to help me with so much with my phones, And never felt like they were just selling stuff to me to make their commission. Those 3 were very friendly. The new employees are nice but they Don't really have that same patience those 3 ladies did. Man I use to give them hell with my issues. I hope they are all doing well.
