After having horrible customer service over the phone, I went to the store on O'Neal. The representative, a young man named Serente provided excellent customer service. He was the only one working but was able to help myself and another customer. He solved my problem and now I'm at home and happy!

I had a really bad experience at this store, i bought some airpods from them and i didnt opened the box until i got home and purchased them, then when i played some music they were not working as they were supoosed to, and went back to the store to tell them abouth the problem and they just keep on saying that their policy doesnt allow them to make any ex change, replace them or fix them, they says that i had to contac the factory and they would figure it out, but the problem was that there didnt said anything about no warranty so i would just have to keep them and waste my money, so if i would be you, i would go to another cricket store where they do returns and are responsible for what they are selling, but not the one in oneal lane, experience very dissapointed.

My GF bought a new phone from this store with screen protector. .well later broke hers and ordered one from online. She took it to them and ask them to help her out it on ( refused) to help her !! Said because she didn't buy protector from them ( sad) sad(sad). I have told her to go to AT@T.
