I am currently working with a private attorney and remain involved in an active case with the Louisiana Attorney General’s Office regarding serious misconduct by this facility. I had two storage units here, and they went to great lengths to unlawfully seize my belongings. I have detailed, documented proof of this as fact.
Despite repeated efforts to keep up with payments during a very vulnerable time in my life, they took advantage of my situation and violated my rights. I want others to know—this is not an isolated issue.
Be warned: they will increase your rent within a few months, regardless of your circumstances or payment history. Do not be misled by friendly customer service—this company operates through deception and predatory practices.
I am also seeking others who may be interested in joining a class action lawsuit to challenge their policies and hold them accountable. If you have had a similar experience, I encourage you to reach out.

I would like to go back and recant my statement!!! Elizabeth just hung up in my face because I told her I would like the information for the insurance company who I’ve been paying for the past six months and I told her if I have to get my lawyer involved I will because they seem as if they wanna hide this information because mice are investing my unit!!!! She told me because I’m four days late that I could not have this information and I have to pay First $140 before she gives that information to me even though mice are peeing and pooping all over my items in my unit with video and picture evidence!!! I would never recommend anyone go here and store their items And for Elizabeth to hang up in my face like a child when she’s an Overground woman is downright despicable and unprofessional!!! She said “I am the company!” I recorded the entire conversation and I will be playing it back to someone in higher authority maybe the BBB!!!

When we arrived to complete our application for a storage unit. Fred Smith was extremely helpful and made the application process very easy. He was very nice and friendly. Great customer service!!

The facility is clean and well maintained. The application process was easy and efficient. The manager there was easily able to courteously assist multiple customers efficiently without making anyone wait unnecessarily.

Elizabeth is still doing her thing over there. She works with you when you're moving in and out. She is always professional and he keeps the property up. She is constantly checking the property. I've been in my unit working and seen her doing early morning inspections of the property. Would definitely recommend.
