When we arrived to complete our application for a storage unit. Fred Smith was extremely helpful and made the application process very easy. He was very nice and friendly. Great customer service!!

The facility is clean and well maintained. The application process was easy and efficient. The manager there was easily able to courteously assist multiple customers efficiently without making anyone wait unnecessarily.

Elizabeth is still doing her thing over there. She works with you when you're moving in and out. She is always professional and he keeps the property up. She is constantly checking the property. I've been in my unit working and seen her doing early morning inspections of the property. Would definitely recommend.

Stored belongings since 2016 flood. I've finally cleaned my rented unit out and I can say that it's a clean facility that is pest free. The inside units keep belongings clean and safe. I recommend using the lock that they sell to ensure the security of your locker. Elizabeth is very cordial and helpful. She's a very sympathetic person and will assist in all needs and questions. She made visiting the unit a pleasure and not a chore. Thank you Elizabeth.
