Mr. Fred is awesome and these units were the best priced for the area.Google maps has it at the corner of airway, but it is down the street a little bit.

The manager Fred Smith was very informative and helpful with the whole rental process. I would recommend any to give this facility a try you want regret it. Happy tenant.

Not only was my storage unit broken into at this location (along with several others) and numerous break ins and thefts & the manager was rude when dealing with the breka in situation. The manager in the office Ray is extremely rude and talks down to you, raises his voice, and is just overall unpleasant. What was just me going in to ask a question turned into a grown man yelling at me because I refused to be talked down to. After the first bad incident I made sure to record this time. Do not recommend for security & customer service.

Horrible experience. Called the number listed online to cancel my unit. Was told by the person that answered that we did not need to come in and do any paperwork or remove our lock (my wife explicitly asked if this was necessary to cancel) and we were told no. We were told we would get a confirmation email. I had a feeling we were going to get charged for the following month because this stuff can never be easy. Never received a confirmation and get charged again for the following month. Called 10 times yesterday and no one ever answered. Went in to the office today and had a terrible interaction with Ray. He was very rude and kept interrupting me as I was trying to explain what happened. He tells me never to call their number and to always come in. What kind of business has a number that you are "never" supposed to call? Ray takes me to my former unit points at the lock and yells "that's why you got charged!" I tried to tell him that I asked if we needed to come in and remove the lock when we called to cancel and we were told no. That's the only reason it had not been removed. He told me I needed to lower my voice. I tried to tell him I have been trying to get him to listen to what happened since I got there. If he would have let me finish explaining the situation to him he would have known the lock was still on the unit and we never would have needed to escalate this interaction. There was a disconnect somewhere in the line of communication between us and the company and we just needed to find out what happened. To be interrupted constantly and then to be accused of raising my voice to try and get someone to listen was very frustrating. I wish I had recorded the interaction. I took my lock off of the unit and wrote my number down so someone higher up can give me a call to try and resolve the issue. I did not receive any paperwork or confirmation that my unit was canceled. I walked out of the office because nothing was getting accomplished with my back and forth with Ray. Tried calling the number from the car to ask if I could get a confirmation of cancelation rather than go back inside and continue the pointless argument and was hung up on after the line was picked up. I'm expecting to be charged again for next month by this awful company. Avoid this place and all other locations like the plague.

Mr Ray Penny is the best he always greet you with a smile and when every you have a problem he go beyond his call of duty to fix it i have recommended so many people to this unit because of his outstanding customer service he is a great asset to this company.
